Public Auction Of Standing And Fallen Trees Tender Notice
Description
Public auction for the sale of 55 standing and fallen trees of various sizes and species located at Government College of Technology Mung Mandi Bahauddin (formerly Government Associate College of Commerce Mung Mandi Bahauddin). The auction will be held at the office of Government Swedish Pakistani College of Technology, Service Mor Gujrat. Interested bidders may inspect the trees at the site before the auction. Each bidder shall submit a copy of the National Identity Card and a bid security of Rs. 50,000 in cash or CDR in the name of Security Fund SPIT Gujrat before 11:00 A.M. on the auction day. The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the total bid amount along with all applicable taxes immediately and the remaining amount within 15 days. The successful bidder shall uproot and remove the auctioned trees without causing damage to institutional property. Auction terms may be obtained from the Accounts Office during office hours. The auction committee reserves the right to cancel the auction without assigning any reason. If the auction cannot be held on 14-07-2026, it shall be conducted on 15-07-2026 at 11:30 A.M.
