Diesel Generator Sets Supply Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for the supply and installation of diesel generator sets including one 350 KVA Cummins generator at Disposal Station Zafarwal Road and one 250 KVA Cummins generator at Disposal Station New Lahore Road. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on item rate basis using the Punjab E-PAD e-procurement system. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council holding valid ME03 and EE03 codes and must also be registered on Punjab E-PAD. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PAD while the original CDR equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted to the tender opening committee thirty minutes before bid opening. Technical and financial bids shall be opened through E-PAD on the same day. Contractors submitting fake documents or securities shall be disqualified and recommended for blacklisting. Current PPRA Rules shall apply and bids may be rejected under PPRA Rule 35. The lowest bidder quoting 5% or more below the estimated cost shall furnish additional performance security within fifteen days. Applicable government taxes shall be paid by the contractor.
