Annual Procurement Of Office Supplies Vehicles And Furniture Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes vehicle repair services - hiring of private vehicles for special occasions - miscellaneous items - exhibition and fair arrangements - office stationery - machinery and equipment - refreshments and food items - furniture for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids shall be submitted separately for each head or lot. Technical and financial bids are not separately specified. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of the tender committee and bidders. Bid security of 2.5% to 5% in the form of bank draft or pay order from any scheduled bank is required. Eligible firms must be financially sound, possess their own shop or store, provide at least one year bank statement, government registration certificate, and at least three years of supply experience with any government organization. Blacklisted firms or contractors are not eligible. All items must be supplied in standard original packing with quoted rates remaining valid until 30 June 2027.
