Information Technology Equipment Supply Tender Notice
Description
Sealed bids are invited for supply of information technology equipment for the School Education Department. Bidding shall be conducted under the Single-Stage Two Envelopes Procedure using the Quality and Cost Based Selection method. Technical proposals shall be opened on the same day while financial proposals shall remain sealed until evaluation. Bid documents are available on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. An original call deposit equal to at least 2% of the bid amount is mandatory with the technical proposal and successful bidders shall furnish 10% performance security within seven days of acceptance. Eligible bidders must be registered with SECP or another government body and maintain an outlet or showroom in Gilgit-Baltistan. Typed financial bids only shall be accepted.
