Supply Of Medicines Surgical Items And Diagnostic Supplies Tender Notice

Sealed tenders are invited from experienced, licensed and registered firms, distributors, dealers, manufacturers, pharmacies and service providers for local purchase of medicines, surgical items, X-ray films, MRI, CT Scan and mammography films, laboratory items and medicines and surgical items under the Prime Minister Sehat Sahulat Program for the financial year 2026-2027. Bids shall be submitted in sealed form and opened on the same day according to the specified schedule. Bid security of Rs. 350,000 and Rs. 800,000 respectively is required from a scheduled bank. Eligible firms must possess valid registrations and licenses, submit an original affidavit of non-blacklisting and absence of litigation, and provide computerized quotations on official letterhead. Successful bidders shall furnish performance security equal to 10% of the annual estimated contract value and establish a medicine dispensing facility within the hospital premises or within 100 meters within two days of contract award. Tender documents are available on payment of a treasury challan fee of Rs. 12,000.
