Description
Framework agreement for operation and maintenance of lift services for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement will be carried out under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible bidders must have three similar assignments worth PKR 1 million each during the previous three years, accumulated turnover of at least PKR 9 million during the previous three years, Active Taxpayer status, BRA registration, Electrical and Mechanical degree, audited financial report for FY 2024-25, and must not be blacklisted. Bids must include a 2% bid security in the form of Deposit at Call. Tender documents are available electronically and bids must be submitted through the EPPS supplier dashboard. Technical and financial bids will be opened at 01:00 PM on the same day.
