Carbon Offset Afforestation Reforestation Revegetation Project Tender Notice
Description
Design, build, finance, operate, maintain and transfer a carbon offset project involving afforestation, reforestation and revegetation of approximately 34,351 hectares of degraded mangrove ecosystems across Gwadar, Hub and Lasbela under a Public Private Partnership. Procurement will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Balochistan Public Private Partnership Act 2025. An online pre-bid meeting will be held on 06 July 2026 at 12:00 PM PST. Interested national and international bidders must demonstrate the required financial capacity, liquidity and verified ARR implementation experience. Bid security of PKR 200 million in the form of an irrevocable bank guarantee is mandatory. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date.
