Hospital Parking Stand Contract Auction Tender Notice
Description
Auction for the parking stand contract of Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Liaquat Pur for the financial year 2026-27. Bid documents will be received up to 10:00 AM on the closing date and opened at 11:00 AM in the presence of the committee and participating bidders. Tender documents are available for a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000. The contract period shall be from 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027, however the contract may be cancelled if centralized contracting is implemented. Each bidder must submit a cash bid security of PKR 150,000, a copy of the national identity card, an affidavit on PKR 100 stamp paper declaring that the bidder is not blacklisted or a defaulter, the financial statement for the year 2024-2025 and signed terms and conditions. If the auction is unsuccessful on the scheduled date, it will be held again on 29-06-2026 at 11:00 AM.
