Procurement of Non-Marine CAT XOL Treaty (Main Program) - Non-Marine CAT XOL Treaty (Top Layer) - Non-Marine CAT XOL Treaty (Private Layer) under non-proportional reinsurance policies for the tentative coverage period from 01-09-2026 to 31-08-2027. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS Version 2.0 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Detailed bidding documents, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS. Electronic bids only will be accepted. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day after submission. Pro Tip: This procurement covers catastrophe excess of loss reinsurance, CAT XOL, non-marine reinsurance treaties, non-proportional treaty placement, retrocession, insurance risk transfer, excess of loss cover, treaty reinsurance and catastrophe risk protection for annual reinsurance arrangements, enabling qualified reinsurance service providers to participate through the electronic procurement system.
