Procurement Of Security Guard Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of security guard services for the Gwadar Port Authority Head Office and its establishments and structures. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope open competitive bidding procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules. Eligible security service providers having an operational licence from the Home Department of the Governments of Balochistan and Sindh, registered with SECP and EPADS Version 2.0, may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through EPADS Version 2.0. Manual bids shall not be entertained. Original bid security amounting to 2% of the bid price shall be submitted physically to the office of the Director (Admin) before the submission deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day.
