Hybrid Off Grid Solarization Systems Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement, supply and installation of thirty-one hybrid off-grid solarization systems with complete installation for Sessions Courts District Narowal. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and PRA may participate through EPADS. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only. Original bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted must be submitted physically before the submission deadline. Successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value.
