Electromedical Equipment Spare Parts Rate Contract Tender Notice
Description
Rate contract for procurement of spare parts and accessories for electromedical equipment for the financial year 2026-2027 on Delivered Duty Paid basis. Electronic bids are invited from registered bidders, valid sole or authorized agents of OEMs registered with EPADS, DRAP, PKRA where applicable and relevant tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available on PPRA, EPADS and PESSI websites. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated quoted price for each package in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order together with the required original affidavit shall be submitted before the closing date. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day.
