Ups Systems Installation Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement, installation and commissioning of five 30 KVA UPS systems for CATI Hyderabad on F.O.R. basis. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 36(b). Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS in accordance with the bidding documents. Fixed bid security of Rs.298,700 is mandatory and the original Pay Order or Bank Guarantee shall be submitted before the bid submission deadline, while a scanned copy shall also be uploaded on EPADS. Bidders must be active taxpayers and provide proof of Active Taxpayer List status together with GST and NTN registration. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under applicable PPRA Rules.
