Supply Of Heavy Duty Rotary Rough Cutter Tender Notice
Description
Supply of heavy duty rotary rough cutter including RLM 60 inch model, MS sheet, three horizontal rotary cutting blades, complete bearing and seal system with 18 bearings, imported rubber tyres, heavy duty drive operated PTO shaft 800 RPM and all associated components for commercial use. Open e-tendering shall be conducted through the EPADS system using a single stage single envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 and amendments. Eligible bidders registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2024-25 and registered on EPADS may participate. Bidders shall upload complete financial bids after filling rates for each BOQ item. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order is mandatory and the original instrument along with registered Power of Attorney must be submitted before the bid closing time. Conditional or incomplete bids shall be rejected. Performance guarantee of 10% of the bid amount shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 15 days of award. Bid opening shall take place on the same day after submission.
