Procurement Of Training Material For Electrical And Welding Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of training material for Domestic/General Electrician Trade and Welding Trade including Basic and Advance courses under construction training programs. Bids are invited through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) using a single stage one envelope procedure. Eligible bidders, firms and contractors registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with active NTN and GST status may participate, while exempted bidders shall provide documentary proof of exemption. Bid rates shall be quoted in figures and words and submitted electronically through EPADS only. Bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory and the original instrument must be submitted before bid opening. Transportation, freight, installation and all applicable taxes shall be included in the quoted rates. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within seven days of award, with a one-year defect liability period after complete delivery and installation. Bid opening for the packages will be held on the same date according to the respective schedule.
