Mobile Echocardiography Machines Cardiac Surgery Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of electro medical equipment including one high end mobile echocardiography machine with 4D and one medium range mobile echocardiography machine for the Cardiac Surgery Department. Procurement shall be conducted through the EPADS system under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS. Separate Technical and Financial proposals shall be prepared and submitted electronically through EPADS. A scanned copy of the original bid security shall accompany the Technical Proposal, while the original bid security along with an affidavit on e-stamp worth Rs. 300 shall be submitted in the office of the Medical Director on or before the bid submission date and time. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 650,000 for the high end machine and Rs. 276,000 for the medium range machine. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-07 at 11:30 AM PST. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-07-21 at 11:30 AM PST on the same day after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders' representatives. In the event of a Government holiday, bid opening shall take place on the next working day at the same time.
