Side Protection And Rehabilitation Of Nasrana Distributary Tender Notice

Description

Construction work for side protection and rehabilitation of Nasrana Distributary from RD 49+411 to RD 121+530 (Package B). Eligible engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council having CE-04 specialization, Punjab PPRA, Punjab Revenue Authority and other required authorities are invited to participate through the Punjab E-PADS under the single stage single envelope bidding procedure on an item rate basis in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Estimated cost is Rs. 954,541,594 with bid security of Rs. 47,727,080 equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. Bids shall be submitted online through E-PADS by filling item rates and uploading the required documents. Original Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the Executive Engineer, Faisalabad Division LCCW, Faisalabad, along with an attested PEC registration license, shall be submitted to the Central Procurement Committee, Committee Room of Irrigation Department Secretariat, Old Anarkali, Lahore before bid opening. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Undertaking regarding non-blacklisting, complete BOQs, judicial stamp paper declaration and all required registration documents are mandatory. Conditional or incomplete bids shall be rejected. Successful bidder shall execute the agreement within 15 days, submit a work schedule within 7 days, conduct required material testing and payments shall be made on actual work done subject to fund availability and third-party monitoring clearance. Bid opening shall be held at 01:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
