It Audio Visual Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT and audio visual equipment for SHAMS Auditorium, City Campus through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement includes LED and large format display systems, audio visual systems, conference and sound reinforcement systems, projection systems, IT networking and CCTV surveillance systems, network switches and online UPS units. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount for each lot is required in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by the prescribed closing time and will be opened on the same day. Pro Tip: This procurement includes LED displays, audio visual equipment, conference systems, projection equipment, CCTV systems, networking equipment, network switches, UPS systems and auditorium technology solutions.
