Air Conditioning Repair Maintenance Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for repair, maintenance and new installation of air conditioning systems for the Health Information and Service Delivery Unit including 33 DHQs, 140 THQs, 323 RHCs and 2503 BHUs as required during the contract period. The procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Separate technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Manual submissions shall not be entertained. Bids shall be opened on the same day in accordance with PPRA Rules. Pro Tip: This procurement includes air conditioning maintenance, AC repair, HVAC maintenance, HVAC services, air conditioner installation, cooling systems, preventive maintenance and HVAC support services.
