Provision Of Armed Security Guard Services Tender Notice

Description

Provision of 16 ex-service man armed security guards for Regional Office, rest house, complexes and laboratory locations for a period of two years, extendable for one additional year with mutual consent. Locations include Regional Office Karachi (04 guards), NHA Rest House Askari-IV Karachi (02 guards), NHA Complex Jamshoro Hyderabad (04 guards), NHA Complex Mirpurkhas at Umerkot (02 guards) and NHA Laboratory at Hatri Police Station Hyderabad (04 guards). Procurement will be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelopes bidding procedure comprising separate technical and financial bids. Eligible bidders must be registered security companies having valid NTN and GST registration, relevant experience, NOC from the Ministry of Interior and Home Departments of all Provinces including Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. Blacklisted companies or companies terminated or served notice for poor performance are not eligible. Bidding documents are available on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 through bank draft or pay order, including downloaded documents accompanied by the prescribed fee. Technical bids must be supported by a Pay Order of Rs. 75,000 as security deposit. Technical bids will be opened before bidders' representatives, while financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Successful bidder must pay minimum wages of Rs. 40,700 per guard per month excluding taxes with annual increase of 10 percent and ensure insurance, EOBI, SESSI and reliever provisions as mandatory under tender documents, with documentary evidence submitted monthly. Incorrect or unsubstantiated information may result in legal action and disqualification.
