Bahria Auditorium Renovation Turnkey Works Tender Notice
Description
Renovation and uplift of Bahria Auditorium on a turnkey basis including public washrooms, executive washrooms and miscellaneous works comprising conference room, east lobby and Bridal Room Lawn A. Detailed specifications are provided in the tender documents. Tender documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 10,000. Quotations shall remain valid for 90 days after tender opening. Bids shall be accompanied by a refundable bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order. Procurement will follow the two-envelope system with separate technical and financial proposals. Technical and financial proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives.
