Corporate Rent Car Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of corporate rent a car services for miscellaneous travel within and between Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Jhelum, Akora Khattak and other major cities of Pakistan for employees and guests. Interested parties shall submit a Letter of Intent together with company profile, legal status documents, organizational structure, client list, staff profiles, non-blacklisting affidavit, equipment and resource details, five years relevant experience, NTN, GST and EOBI registration certificates, income tax returns for the last three years and bankers certificates with audited financial statements. Eligible parties must have relevant experience with multinational companies, possess registered legal status, comply with labour laws and applicable laws of Pakistan, maintain reliable staff without criminal records, follow environmental, health and safety requirements and supplier code of conduct, and be tax-compliant. Final parties will be shortlisted for award of contracts. Rates for the agreed scope shall remain fixed for the agreed contract period.
