Description
Procurement of a Governance Risk and Compliance software tool through the Single Stage Two Envelope procurement process. Bids shall be submitted electronically through Punjab E-PADS only. Bid security equal to at least 2 percent of the estimated cost shall be submitted in favour of The Bank of Punjab, with a copy uploaded as part of the technical proposal. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened subsequently. Prices shall include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration are mandatory.
