Medical District Hospital Construction Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of general contractors for construction of buildings and infrastructure for the establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District including the Institute of Surgical, Orthopedic and Medical Rehabilitation Lahore. The scope includes construction works, infrastructure development and deployment of all required materials, labour, formwork, tools and machinery. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible applicants must possess Pakistan Engineering Council Category C-A registration. The estimated project cost is approximately PKR 15,130 million with an approximate covered area of 512,600 square feet. Pre-qualification proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and proposals received through any other mode shall not be considered.
