Description
Hire rental premises for a Sub Zonal Office in Bhan Saeedabad, Hyderabad Region having at least 2 to 3 rooms, additional room or storage space as an advantage, covered area between 1500 and 5000 square feet and sufficient parking area. Only interested parties having legally clear premises with valid title or ownership documents are eligible. Bids shall be submitted through the EPADS system under a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Where applicable, a valid PEC certificate shall be uploaded with the bid. Bidders shall download the tender documents, complete the BOQ, Bid Form and Schedule of Requirement, upload duly signed and stamped documents through EPADS and submit the original physical bid bond before the bid submission time. Bid security of 20,000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Bid opening shall take place at 12:30 PM.
