Description
Implement a modern e-learning solution to replace the existing intranet-based learning management system with enhanced multimedia capabilities and anytime-anywhere access. Bids shall be submitted under a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security of 1,500,000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 180 days. Pursuant to the corrigendum, the revised closing date shall apply.
