Procurement Of Asset Performance Management System Tender Notice
Description
Procure an Asset Performance Management System for 200kVA, 100kVA, 50kVA and 25kVA distribution transformers. Sealed electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS under a Single Stage-One Envelope National Competitive Bidding procedure by pre-qualified or registered manufacturers and suppliers registered with HESCO, DISCOs, NTDC or GENCOs, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Supply shall be on a Free Delivery to Consignee Stores basis for HESCO regional stores at Hyderabad, Jamshoro and Nawabshah. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Scanned bid security shall be uploaded through EPADS and the original bank guarantee, CDR or banker's cheque shall be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Bid security of 5,800,000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 60 days. Pursuant to the corrigendum, the revised closing date shall apply. Bid opening shall take place at 11:30 AM.
