Construct Section 3 of the Hyderabad Sukkur Motorway (M-6) from Nawabshah to Naushahro Feroz covering approximately 64.61 kilometres. Bids shall be submitted under a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security of 127,000,000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 180 days. Bid opening shall take place at 11:30 AM after bid submission.
