Execute works for installation of Telecom System Satellite (IDIRECT) links for three natural gas installations on the Zarghon Pipeline at Quetta as per BOQ and tender conditions. Bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure on a complete package basis through EPADS. Bidders must possess a valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above with Subcategories EE07 or EE08, EE11(vi) and ME07(v), hold a valid PTA licence, upload all duly signed and stamped tender documents with the bid on EPADS, and submit the required physical bid bond before the bid submission time. Bid security of 25,000.00 is required. Bid opening will take place at 12:30 PM. Pro Tip: This procurement involves satellite communication systems, IDIRECT equipment, telecom infrastructure, pipeline communication, network connectivity, telecommunications installation, natural gas transmission facilities, communication engineering and associated telecom works.
