Prequalification Testing Service Provider Tender Notice
Description
Prequalify testing service providers including firms, agencies and companies under the Single Stage-One Envelope procurement procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only and manual bids shall not be accepted. Bidders shall complete all required fields and sign and stamp each page of the bid documents. Technical evaluation shall be carried out according to the specifications, BOQ, requirements and tender conditions. Conditional or incomplete bids shall not be considered. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM in the presence of interested bidders.
