Construction Ninety Four Men Barrack Tender Notice
Description
Construct a 94 men SM barrack near Chashma, Mianwali under the Single Stage-One Envelope open competitive bidding procedure. Only security cleared, enlisted and prequalified bidders are eligible. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-08 at 10:00 AM. Tender fee of 5,000 is applicable. Bid security equal to 1 percent of the estimated cost amounting to 759,490.00 shall be submitted in the form of CDR or bank guarantee in a separate sealed envelope. Bids submitted by post, courier or telegraphic means shall not be accepted. Incomplete bids shall be treated as non-responsive. Bid opening will take place at 12:00 PM. Pro Tip: The project includes barrack construction, institutional buildings, civil works, reinforced concrete works, masonry, structural construction, government infrastructure and building development.
