Provide emergency road maintenance and clearance services for Tehsil Kandar, Tehsil Judbah and Tehsil Dour Mera under AOM&R funds including removal of snow, landslides, slips, debris, obstructions and restoration of roads to full formation width for uninterrupted vehicular traffic. The procurement follows Single Stage Single Envelope electronic bidding through EPADS. Bidders must submit electronic bids together with complete bid security details in the form of CDR. Eligible firms and contractors must possess valid PEC registration, C&W Department registration, and registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. A non-refundable document printing fee of Rs. 3,000 applies where physical documents are required. Bid security amounts include Rs. 120,000 for Tehsil Kandar and Rs. 100,000 each for Tehsil Judbah and Tehsil Dour Mera. Machinery requirements include excavators, four-wheel tractors and front shovels, with contractor mobilization within 24 hours of emergency notification. Financial bids will be opened at 12:30 PM after bid submission closes at 12:00 PM. The contract remains effective until 30 June 2027 with quarterly payments subject to availability of funds.
