Solid Waste Management Machinery Fabrication Tender Notice
Description
Fabricate solid waste management machinery including front end loaders with backhoe attachments, mini tippers of 1 to 1.5 cubic metre capacity and tractor trolleys using chassis supplied by the procuring entity. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial proposals. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS while original bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the form of CDR shall be submitted before the closing date and time. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis including delivery to the TMA office and the successful bidder shall provide complete operational training. Eligible manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and firms must possess NTN, GST, valid PEC registration and 3S facilities comprising sales, service and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Technical bids will be opened at 02:00 PM after submission closes at 12:00 PM.
