Annual Maintenance And Repair Of Water Supply Schemes Tender Notice

Carry out annual maintenance and repair of completed water supply schemes for the financial year 2026-27 including electrical, mechanical and civil works in PK-42, PK-43, PK-44 and PK-45 Abbottabad, maintenance of transformers and voltage regulators in PHE Sub Division No. I and No. II, and civil maintenance of completed water supply schemes in both sub-divisions. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded through EPADS, while original bid security, additional security where applicable and tender fee in the form of call deposit shall be submitted physically before bid closing. Eligible bidders must have active EPADS, KPRA, FBR and PEC registration with Category C-6 or above and the prescribed specialization codes together with a valid Class-E Electrical Licence for electrical works. Technical bids will be opened at 12:30 PM after submission closes at 12:00 Noon, while financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation.
