Solarization Drinking Water Supply Schemes Tender Notice
Description
Solarize drinking water supply schemes under District Development Plan for Bannu Division ADP No. 210555 including Solarization of DWSS Kotka Malik Najib Zeraki Pirba Khel and Solarization of DWSS Kotka Awal Dad Sadey Khel. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded through EPADS, while original bid security, additional security where applicable and tender fee in the form of call deposit shall be submitted physically before the closing date. Eligible bidders must possess valid registrations with EPADS, SECP, KPRA, FBR, PEC Category C-6 or above with the prescribed specialization codes, Provincial Enlistment Committee, a valid Class-E Electrical Contractor Licence and ISO 9001 or equivalent Quality Management System certification. Technical bids will be opened at 02:00 PM after submission closes at 12:30 PM, while financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation.
