Description
Solarize mosques and madrasas in PK-63 District Charsadda. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded through EPADS while the original bid security in the form of call deposit shall be submitted by post or courier before bid closing. Eligible contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with the C&W Department. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened after completion of technical evaluation. Online clarification may be sought up to 07-07-2026 at 05:00 PM. Bid security of Rs.918,600 shall be furnished in accordance with applicable KPPRA notifications and bids shall remain valid for 120 days.
