Outsourcing Of Hospital Security Services Tender Notice
Description
Provide outsourced security services for Medical Teaching Institution Mardan Medical Complex under the Single Stage Two Envelope procurement procedure. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and appear on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS while original bid security of Rs.1,000,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque shall be submitted physically before the closing deadline. An affidavit confirming submission of bid security shall accompany the technical bid. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 09-07-2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM after submission closes at 11:00 AM.
