Construction Of Youth Facilities And Sports Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Construct youth and sports infrastructure including establishment of Jawan Markaz at Headquarters Parachinar Tribal District Kurram under ADP No.195223 (2025-2026), establishment of Female Gymnasium and Fitness Club near Baisakhi Football Ground D.I. Khan under ADP No.251026 (2025-2026) and construction of Horse Riding Club at D.I. Khan under ADP No.240305 (2025-2026). Procurement shall be conducted through the EPADS Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic technical and financial bids together with CDR, additional security and rate analysis where applicable shall be submitted through EPADS while the original CDR shall be submitted physically before the bid deadline. Eligible bidders shall possess active PEC registration in the prescribed category, active KPRA registration, relevant experience, no litigation certificate and ownership or lease of key construction equipment. Technical bids will be opened on 14-07-2026 at the specified times, while financial bids will be opened after completion of technical evaluation. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days.
