Construction Of Sumari Payan Dam Tender Notice
Description
Construct Sumari Payan Dam in District Kohat under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS. Electronic technical and financial bids shall be uploaded through EPADS while original bid security or additional security in the form of CDR shall be submitted through courier before the submission deadline. Eligible contractors shall possess the required enlistment category, active KPRA registration and provide notarized affidavits confirming no litigation and no blacklisting. A pre-bid meeting will be be held on 07-07-2026 at 02:00 PM. Technical bids shall be opened at 12:30 PM after submission closes at 12:00 PM. Financial bids shall be opened after approval of technical evaluation. Bid validity shall be 120 days.
