Strengthening Of Government Buildings In District Kohat Tender Notice
Description
Carry out strengthening of Government buildings in District Kohat under the Revision of Sub-Scheme under CSR Funds (2025-26) provided by MOL Pakistan and Production Bonus Fund. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure based on MRS-2025. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the EPADS website. Original bid security, additional security and detailed rate analysis where applicable shall be submitted through courier before bid closing. Contractors quoting more than 10% below the engineer estimate shall furnish additional security in accordance with KPPRA rules and detailed rate analysis where applicable. Electronic tenders shall be submitted by 01:00 PM and opened at 02:00 PM on the same day. Work order shall be issued subject to availability of funds.
