Supply food items including raw ration and miscellaneous items for Central Jail Dera Ismail Khan for the financial year 2026-27 with an estimated procurement value of approximately Rs.50,000,000. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through EPADS using the applicable electronic bidding procedure. Eligible contractors shall be registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. Electronic bids together with all required documents shall be uploaded through EPADS. Bid security equal to 20% of the tender value in the form of Call Deposit Receipt issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Superintendent Central Jail Dera Ismail Khan shall be uploaded through EPADS and the original CDR must be submitted before bid opening. Successful bidders shall provide a Performance Guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value in the form of a bank guarantee. Contractors must produce a valid certificate issued under Section 15 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority Act, 2014. All supplies shall be delivered to the main gate of Central Jail Dera Ismail Khan. In case of delayed or substandard supplies, the procuring entity may purchase items from the market at the contractor's risk and recover the cost difference. Legal action and blacklisting may be initiated for non-compliance. Final approval of the tender shall be accorded by the Deputy Inspector General Prisons South Region Dera Ismail Khan.
