Animal Feed Bajaur Wildlife Park Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply animal feed for Bajaur Wildlife Park under a single lot including millet, black chickpeas, barley, wheat, bran, poultry feed No. 13 and green fodder comprising barley, maize and sorghum. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under National Competitive Bidding. Eligible suppliers must be registered with the relevant Government tax authorities and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. Electronic bids together with readable scanned bidding documents, registration certificates and CNIC of the proprietor shall be uploaded through EPADS. A Call Deposit Receipt of Rs.80,000 issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned shall be submitted with the tender. All items shall be treated as a single lot and the successful supplier shall execute a written agreement valid up to 30-06-2027, supply the required quantities every month in accordance with work orders and deliver the items to Bajaur Wildlife Park at its own cost and risk. Non-standard supplies shall be replaced by the supplier at its own expense. Tenders will be opened at 11:30 AM in the office of the Conservator Wildlife, Peshawar.
