Supply Of Medicines Hospital Equipment And General Consumables Tender Notice
Description
Supply hospital requirements for the financial year 2026-27 including bedding and clothing, laboratory chemicals, local purchase of regular medicines, local purchase of emergency medicines, miscellaneous contingency items, repair of machinery and equipment, stationery, dialysis items, ECG rolls, ECG gel, oxygen gas cylinder refilling, vehicle repair, firewood, petty repairs under HMC and SSP, machinery and equipment and printing items. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS by registered suppliers and firms with Sales Tax and Income Tax registration. Original bid security equal to 2% in the form of Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Lower Chitral shall be submitted before the closing date. Supply shall be completed within 30 days for local items and within 90 days for imported items after issuance of the purchase order, otherwise liquidated damages at the prescribed rate shall apply. Supplies shall be delivered on FOR basis to District Headquarters Hospital Lower Chitral. Rates shall remain valid until 30-06-2027. Hospital inspection committee shall inspect all supplies and non-conforming items shall be rejected and replaced by the supplier.
