Description
Procurement of hospital supplies including - bedding and clothing - laboratory chemicals - dental chemicals - surgical equipment - X-ray films - medical gases - miscellaneous items - machinery repair and maintenance - furniture - local purchase of medicines - medicines for Sehat Card patients - printing - stationery - Zakat medicines - furniture repair. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS using the single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Technical and financial bids will be opened after bid submission under the supervision of the procurement committee. Bid security is required as specified for each category, generally Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 10,000 for furniture repair, in the form of pay order, call deposit or bank guarantee. Only firms registered with EPADS and KPRA are eligible. Rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027 and detailed specifications may be obtained during office hours.
