Supply and installation of 8,600 Asset Performance Management System (APMS) units (Ordering Code: APMS-MC-S) on distribution transformers including 3,500 units of 200 KVA rating and 5,100 units of 100 KVA rating. Procurement is for goods under an international competitive bidding process using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted in separate envelopes under the prescribed procedure. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. Bid security of 44,000,000.00 is required and bid validity shall remain 120 days.
