Hiring of consultancy services for development of a procurement manual and procurement policy pursuant to Section 17(2) of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023. Procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. No bid security is required and bid validity shall remain 90 days.
