Supply of photocopy machines. Procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bids shall be submitted in a single envelope. The original bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee must be submitted before the tender closing date and time at the address specified in the tender documents, and a copy of the original bid security is also required, failing which the offer may not be accepted. Bid opening will take place at 03:00 PM. Bid security of 26,000.00 is required and bid validity shall remain 90 days.
