Procurement Of Dental Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procure dental equipment for educational and laboratory purposes. The procurement shall be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be reputed firms registered as active taxpayers with NTN and SRB and possessing relevant experience and capability. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately through EPADS, while sealed hard copies along with the original bid security and tender fee, where applicable, must also be submitted before the submission deadline. The technical proposal and financial proposal must be duly stamped and signed, otherwise the bid shall be rejected. Bid security of PKR 350,000 shall be furnished in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft. Tender fee is PKR 3,000 (non-refundable and non-transferable). An affidavit on judicial stamp paper of PKR 500 confirming that the bidder has never been blacklisted and declaring any litigation details is mandatory. Bid opening will take place at 12:30 PM after submission at 12:00 PM. All applicable taxes shall be borne by the bidder. Procurement shall follow SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2025). Pro Tip: This procurement includes dental equipment, dental instruments, dental laboratory equipment, oral healthcare devices, clinical dental systems and related medical equipment for teaching and training applications.
