Computer Stationery Toners Media Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply computer stationery, utility bill forms, plain paper, HP LaserJet Enterprise M806X toner cartridges, maintenance kits and ribbons for OKI-8150 and Printronix P-8215 line printers. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope electronic bidding procedure. Eligible firms shall be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and OEM or authorized dealers with valid Manufacturer Authorization Letter for the specified OEM items where required. Refurbished, remanufactured and refilled products are not acceptable. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and original bid security must be submitted before the submission deadline. Technical opening shall take place at 11:30 AM after bid submission at 11:00 AM. Pro Tip: This procurement includes computer stationery, printer toner cartridges, maintenance kits, printer ribbons, office paper, utility bill stationery, OEM printer consumables and printing media for enterprise office operations.
