Poultry Feed Dairy Fodder Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure poultry feed and dairy feed or fodder for government farms. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Rates shall be quoted on F.O.R. basis for Dairy Farm Konodass and Poultry Farm Basin Gilgit. Delivery shall be completed within three weeks from the issue of the supply order. Bid security equal to 3% of the bid value in the form of call deposit is mandatory and successful bidders shall furnish a 10% performance guarantee. Only feed and fodder from registered manufacturing factories shall be accepted. Computerized quotations, experience, affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and compliance with government taxation requirements are mandatory. Tender validity shall remain until 30-06-2027.
